Summit Agency has received funding through the City of Worcester ARPA(American Rescue Plan Act) to train individuals for the field of Applied Behavior Analysis as technicians. After completing 40 hours of FREE training, participants will be prepared to take the RBT credential test and will receive job readiness assistance. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) are very much in demand in this growing field that serves children and young adults with autism. RBT's can expect to begin working immediately with a starting wage of $18.00-$22.00 an hour. Classes will begin in February.
